Chef Haleigh arrived promptly at our Airbnb to prepare a sit down dinner for 12 filled with scrumptious southern cuisine including shrimp and grits, potato salad, and Bananas Foster. From the appetizers/ salad, entrees, and dessert, everything was perfect! Chef Haleigh is friendly and professional. She brought everything for the dinner and prepared the entire meal on-site, set the table, served, and cleaned up - amazing!
She also left the delicious leftovers which didn’t make it to the next day. I highly recommend Chef Haleigh for your next event!

My wife and I traveled to Nola for quick little Anniversary trip. I found Haleigh online and she was super helpful right away with setting up a menu and identifying what our taste buds were looking for. She showed up on time and prepared a great 3 course meal with a delicious dessert. If you are looking for great tasting food with a smile and hearty portion sizes she's your Chef!

Chef Haleigh did an INCREDIBLE job for my best friend’s bachelorette party. She was very responsive and had constant communication from first touch point to right before the event. She really customized the menu to fit the bride’s wants and it blew our expectations out of the water. I highly recommend hiring Chef Haleigh for any private chef needs in NOLA!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL! I am an event manager and we hired Chef Haleigh to do a series of meals for an event while in New Orleans. From the very beginning she was responsive and professional, and she accommodated my many requests in a timely manner as we planned a beautiful menu accounting for an array of dietary restrictions. She was always on time or early, and didn't have a frantic energy in the kitchen like other private chefs I've worked with. Before we even tried her food, I was so happy with her - and the food was AMAZING. All made from scratch with high quality ingredients and the flavors were incredible. We were thrilled with every course of every meal. It's apparent that she loves what she does. She was just a delight to work with, and that goes a long way for an event manager. Haleigh did a wonderful job feeding our group of 10 for a bachelorette party in New Orleans. She was easy to communicate with, had great ideas for menu items and worked with dietary restrictions. She was flexible when our Airbnb elevator was out and very sweet. She arrived on time, food was delicious, and offered the perfect personal touch for our first night in Nola. I would highly recommend her as she was professional, easy to work with, timely, and made a delicious meal we all ended. She left the place cleaner than she found it! We came to New Orleans from Chicago for a bachelorette trip and she did some amazing charcuterie boards for us on the very first day. They were absolutely delicious and I adored all the different vegetables she picked. She did a vegetable board, a fruit board and a meat and cheese board.

Chef Haleigh did an amazing job of suppling a grazing table for my group of 12 ladies upon our arrival in New Orleans. The charcuterie board was overflowing with delicious meats and cheeses along with toasts, crackers, spreads, and praline pecans! The fruit plate was filled with a variety of fresh and flavorful cut fruits, and the vegetable tray was brimming with fresh crisp vegetables. The dips that accompanied this display were so tasty and flavorful. Not only did we feast off of this spread upon our arrival, but we were able to graze on this again the next afternoon. The artistic display of this food, along with the quality AND quantity are a definite reflection of the amazing abilities of Chef Haleigh. Thank you for making our entrance to New Orleans a most memorable start.

We had Chef Haleigh prepare a dinner for six in our home. The experience was Amazing! She pulled it off perfectly! In planning, she first asked us about my wife and I's preferences. She gave us some ideas and we chose a menu. We anticipated a Great Evening, and it turned out to be Something Extraordinary! It was a very rewarding night!!! We all ooohed and ahhhhed as she presented our dishes. It was an indulgence of our senses! It was one of my favorite nights!!! We now plan to "GIFT" her services to a few friends on our gift list. Hired Chef Haleigh for a friend's bachelor party and it was a great experience! Haleigh is very easy to work and communicate with. The food was local and fresh, she was flexible with the menu and was able to work around a couple of food allergies in the group (10 people). Each plate was delicious and no one had a negative thing to say about anything. Would absolutely recommend!

Chef Haleigh is a delight! From the first interaction she has been a pleasure to work with. With little guidance from us, she created phenomenal menus for a plated dinner, heat and eat breakfast, and played brunch. She took our preferences into account and made fully vegetarian meals. She fully cleaned the kitchen, leaving no trace of her triumphant efforts. The cauliflower steaks, bread pudding, 1000 layer potatoes, and bananas foster french toast were particular favorites. And if she offers to make homemade granola bars, say yes! She made our experience in Nola one to never forget, and it’s our greatest wish for her that everyone who sees this review will hire her—you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Haleigh!

I hired Haleigh to provide home cooked meals after I delivered my son. She helped me select recipes beforehand and did all of the shopping, planning, prep, cooking and even cleaning! Haleigh showed up on time for each scheduled meal (she’s extremely punctual!), and left our kitchen sparkling clean afterwards! The meals were INCREDIBLE and so nourishing for our whole family.
