Booking a private dinner experience with Chef Haleigh includes:

  • Custom client and chef curated menu showcasing local and seasonal ingredients and products that are sustainably sourced from community vendors and farmer’s markets

  • Printed card stock menu (will add details and logos if provided)

  • All of the menu planning, grocery shopping, and prepping taken care of

  • Dining table setting appropriate for the menu (tableware is to be provided by the client or rental space)

  • Day of set up, execution, service, and clean up. Chef Haleigh is the manager, cook, server, busser, and dishwasher

Grazing Tables: Each feeds 10-12 people and is served on disposable trays.

  • 16” round Charcuterie board

  • 18”x11.5” rectangle Vegetable Crudité

  • 16” round Fruit Arrangement

Party Foods: Any of the above items and Finger Sammies

Finger Sammies are cut into rectangles and all dressed with Blueplate mayo and mustard. Served on a 16” round tray with a lid. Minimum 60 count to order.

  • Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef on Rectangle White/Wheat Bread

  • Chicken Salad on Mini Croissant

To submit an inquiry to Chef Haleigh, please fill out the Booking Form. After submission, Chef Haleigh will send an email to discuss details. Prices are dependent on the service format and menu we create. Booking is confirmed with a non-refundable 50% deposit of the agreed upon quoted price or payment in full and a signed service contract. Remainder of the payment is due the day services are rendered. Chef Haleigh charges a gratuity of 18% for all parties and 20% for parties of 6 or more, plus other service fees. Events booked less than 7 days prior to the date needed will require a payment in full. All changes must be submitted to Chef Haleigh no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
