I'm Chef Haleigh, a private chef with a deep passion for creating memorable culinary experiences. Since earning my BS in Culinary Arts from Nicholls State University's Chef John Folse Culinary Institute in 2014, I’ve honed my skills in some of New Orleans' most renowned kitchens, particularly in the vibrant French Quarter. My culinary style blends classical techniques with bold, local flavors, inspired by the rich food culture of our region.
In 2020, I transitioned into private chef services, curating intimate in-home dining experiences and small event catering. I specialize in upscale dinner parties, bachelorette celebrations, and artfully crafted charcuterie spreads. Every dish I create reflects a commitment to quality, showcasing fresh, indigenous ingredients from local vendors and groceries.
